Smell is lovely, very floral, hoping it tastes as good as good as it smells... Not quite but still very nice. I want to say it's a scotch but JK wouldn't throw this many at us this early. Is it a rye?

Caramel and stewed fruit on the nose. Palate pretty simple up front but gets spicy on the back end. Feels proofy, but not crazy. I'm guessing something sherry cask finished. Safe money is Scotch, but something in me says Irish.

I'm almost tempted to call Irish, but it's got a hint of peat on the back end. Green apple and honeyed pear on the nose. Bit of mint on the finish. Some spice and shortbread in between. Tastes like a stately single malt.

Wow. That smell is pure octane. Apple and spices to the taste. This one has me competent stumped. Not Irish, not rye.

Charcoal taste. Smooth but not my cup of tea. Scotch like but color is throwing me off a bit. Going to trust my gut and assume this one has some artificial dyes in it.

I cried when I drank this and I'm not sure if it was because it was so hot, so good, or I'm just emotional. Really liked it with a little water added to it.

It's got some spice and herbal notes, but I'm not going to let myself talk myself into calling it a rye. Definitely high octane. Tough to rate because it seems quality but not my favorite flavor profile.

Really, really like this. Super sweet on the front, palate lingers with spicy cinnamon toast crunch. Super long finish. Can't wait to see what this is.

Butterscotch. Licorice at the nose. Low proof. Malt Finish made my throat scratchy - not sure why Taste like a scotch but I’m probably wrong haha.

Smells like a smokey boy. Surprisingly mild on the very front, but blossoms into a lovely peaty beauty. If this isn't Islay, I'll be shocked. You cheeky devils wouldn't do a 3rd Bruichladdich bottle in one year, would you?

Smells like a malt, otherwise not a ton on the nose up front. Some peat on the palate for sure. Feels like a decent proof, but nothing crazy. Nice and balanced overall.

Disclaimer: I had a holiday party today so I’m like 6 drinks in. Floral to the nose. Bubble gum? Spicy, on the higher proof for a whiskey. This is definitely a sobriety test - doesn’t not taste Like a bourbon or a scotch. So I’m leaning towards other or rye or Irish.

After a long rest, I'm picking up peanut butter. Really? Surely I ate something weird. Finish lasts forever, which is pleasant, but not a ton distinctive from the nose or palate

I liked this one. Slow burn on the palate long after the sip. Little bit of cough syrup in there.

Tastes like straight-ahead bourbon. Not getting much on the nose. Feels like a decent proof though. Gets sweeter and smoother the more I sip.
