No comment necessary. I think we all know what I would say about this one.

I have no idea on this one. It's tricky.

Well I know it was highly rated last year, but it's not that memorable or great. But it's day one and I might change my mind about this one after a few scotches hit the scene.

This one is really nice. It smells and tastes familiar. Lots of brown sugar up front, nice finish.

Very solid, but not outstanding. Fragrant, a bit earthy.

Meh. The aftertaste was a bit much for me. I tried. I really did. Can we please go back to yesterday?!

Would be interested to taste this next to yesterday's. They seem similar to me, but I'm still a relative Scotch newb.

Very nice. Lots of brown sugar/maple. But kinda fruity too? A little hot, but not too hot.

I'm really intrigued by this one. At first, I was back home on the farm with the nose--very grassy, grainy. But also got a tea flavor. I like it, and would like to try more of it.

This was kind of oily and hot. Nutty too. Tried adding a couple drops of water, but didn't help.

Robust flavor and texture. Very nice. Caramel and butterscotch up front--like sucking on a Werther's.

Okurrrr...I settled into this one and was able to appreciate it. I couldn't shake a banana taste, but not sure that makes sense.

Has the main markers of scotch. Raisins & spices for me. A little hot.

Fruity up front--apples, melons? Spice & herb on the back? It's ok. I'll def drink it.

This one is deep and dark. I think Nate will like it. I get a coffee/chocolate kind of flavor. Maybe some cherry. Moderate smokiness (for me).

Really enjoyed this on this very cold night. Nice balance of flavors, some sweet, some floral/perfumy.

It'll be back to the eggnog for me after this. It smells to me like the bubble solution from when the kids were little. And then all I get is alcohol flavor. Thank you, thank you, thank you for another fun calendar!! Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season, and we'll see you in Dec. 2023!

Really hitting the ground running with this one. Hot damn this is strong and spicy. I had to step outside for a minute to cool off. It was either that or take my pants off but I didn’t want to give Derek the wrong idea. Super sweet and tons of spice. Would drink again.

Strong fruit aromas - pears and cherry jolly rancher. Very light and sweet. Kind of tastes like pencil shavings but in a good way? Thinking it's finished in a wine cask or something else unusual but what the hell do I know really.

Smells like scotch. Tastes like scotch. Getting more peat than smoke. Smooth with not too much of an after taste which I appreciate.

Good well rounded bourbon. Easy drinking but plenty of flavor and a nice spicy kick on the end.

Getting peat and citrus and white wine on the nose. Pretty dry but a bit too much smoke for my liking. Nice clean finish though.

Nice amount of smoke and tangy sweetness on the nose. Very smooth with a little zip at the end. Really enjoyed this one.
