The flavor profile and the heat are just right. However there is a element of unsophistication in the mouth feel and flavor. Perhaps if it had been distilled or a few more years it would be just right. Really enjoyed this

Strange drink…. Hit of cherry on the palate with a peaty spicy finish. Mellowed over time but never quite got there for me.
