Do I like Scotch again?

Definitely starting to enjoy scotch more. I think this is my selection Aberlour 12. Very smooth and a nice touch of spice

Burnt rubber mixed with stale ashes. Thanks but no thanks. Scotch just ainโt my thing.

Love these when I'm in the mood. Just something about the smokiness that complements a fire in the fireplace on a snowy winter's night.

As they were developing whiskeys in Islay, I can't help but wonder what option 2 was. I mean, how bad did that drink have to taste for this to be the winner? I don't like this one, but can appreciate it's complexity and some of the flavors- the medicinal taste is a killer though

Islay? Fairly strong nose, but thin at first taste. The finish is not for me at all.

After smelling it I put it in my carโs gas tank and improved my mpg by 3.6 miles around the city!

๐คข just from the smell, I'm guessing scotch. Which I'm not a big fan of. It smells like a dirty, medicinal bandage. Tastes only slightly better. Sorry guys, I just can't with the scotch. I gave it a small sip. Gave the rest to Cory, threw out the glass.

Almost certain this is Lagavulin ... which (if it is) deserves a couple of quotes from Ron Swanson (Parks & Rec).\nClear alcohols are for rich women on diets."\nโNever been hungover. After Iโve had too much whiskey, I cook myself a large flank steak, pan-fried in salted butter. I eat that, put on a pair of wet socks and go to sleep.โ"

Has the peaty iodine taste of an Islay malt. The relative lightness of the smoke makes me guess some kind of young Ardbeg.

This ones a hard no for me.

Really enjoyed the first sip, but it fell off a little as I continued to drink it.

Pretty good. Smoother and a bit more sweetness which I like.

this is actually pretty complex. From the nose I thought it was bourbon, then tasted like an Irish whiskey. This one is a tough guess. Solid little whiskey. 6/10. Watch this be Japanese or Indian. Sheesh.

Too sweet and some sort of aftertaste, hope this wasnโt my pick
