Back on my bullshit. It’s rye or corn. This time I think it’s gotta be rye. No black pepper or spice to my nose, but it’s too sharp on the tongue for bourbon, not sweet enough. Pretty hot, but a little water just brings out more herbal and earth notes.

Now this is a punchy rye (?). Great fire but I kinda wanted more from the flavor. Fell a bit flat for me.
