Tricky. Not malt. Doesn’t taste QUITE sweet enough for bourbon, and the finish suggests rye also, but there’s not enough spice on the nose to convince me. I'm going to switch my game up and call this maybe a bourbon with some wheat in the mashbill.

Whew that's strong. I know I say it every time, but it tastes familiar again. I like it, but probably better with ice or a splash of water. I think there's taste of nuts or vanilla.

Pretty mild. It really tastes like bourbon to me, but I feel like we've had too many Bourbons lately ... but I'm sticking with my gut. Bourbon. Definitely some vanilla, and something smoky.
