Super high proof 115-120, Carmel, vanilla, long Carmel finish. Somewhat tongue numbing even with a splash of water. Small amount of Water made more palatable, little smoke

Don't sniff this one too much. It's good at first then smells like nail polish remover. Good taste, but whoa. I need a fire extinguisher for my throat now. Can't believe this was last year's winner, haha!

Easy to drink with a more subtle kick at the end. Smooth every day bourbon, but nothing overly exciting about it.

Like the nose on this one. Tastes of tamarind or apricot or other bitter fruit. Finish flattens out a bit too fast for a higher proof whiskey.
