Nose is cookies. I'm getting gingerbread and butter pecan flavors, I think? Light spice and cinnamon on finish.

One of my faves from this calendar! Bright and floral with lots of vanilla and butterscotch. Look forward to the reveal on this one.

The nose was both sweet and piney to me. Then it turned into a cookie on my tongue. Very cool.

I'm pretty sure Hef submitted this and somehow found a way to mix cookies and whiskey together.

Someone mixed bourbon with Aunt Jemimaโ€™s syrup and a pine tree air freshener. Almost a hint of juniper which makes me think Elmer T Lee, but not nearly as good. I sipped enough to get an opinion but canโ€™t finish this glass

Butterscotch on the nose w/ baking spice. Butterscotch throughout with nutmeg on the finish. Very mellow, nice easy drinker.

Well, my wife said this is like drinking high-proof flowers, so weโ€™ll go with that. Interesting. Neither of us could place this one. Wanted more from the finish.

This tastes like Triple Crown Butterscotch whiskey. The drink โ€œbuttery nippleโ€ comes from this whiskey.

Getting a lot of fruit on the nose and palette- cherry and pear. Also some floral notes. Not as smooth as Iโ€™d hoped - a bit too much burn. Not bad overall.

This one's got me reeling. It seems too smooth to be a bourbon, but not grassy or spicy enough to be a rye. After a sip it's pure baked apple with cinnamon. I'm going to guest rye because - I'll confess - I'm watching the counts, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is an "other ".

Wow, this is sweet from the nose to the finish. If I wanted to get my kids drinking whiskey, this is how I would start them. Lots of caramel and salt-water taffy flavors. As overwhelming sweet as it is, very smooth that makes it a little bit likable.

Whoa. This smells like an old fashioned candy store. Toffee and caramel out the wazoo, but also something a little funky and briny. Pretty smooth and super sweet. Bourbon aged in some sort of unique cask. Like dessert wine or something.

I have no idea what this is, but it smells so far off that I'm saying "other" and wondering if I'm losing my sense of smell.

I honestly cannot think of a better way to celebrate the date after the equinox than with this. Holy hell. This was delightful

Tastes better then it smells. Donโ€™t pick up much on the use except maple, vanilla and pecan or candied nuts. Taste is nice and smooth. Light clean finish of the same. I like it

Wow, interesting. I'm thinking this would be good over pancakes.

Weird. Molasses. Caramel. Cloves.

The smell was weird and not good. The taste was weird too. Kinda strong, spicy and cleaner-y.

Tastes like Christmas. It's a lot like baked apples, some vanilla, baking spices, basically just a holiday breakfast. Not sure if I like it. The finish is great, but getting there is less great.

Toffee and Caramel, slight melanoidin, peppery finish. Nice.

Caramel and rye & baking spice with a touch of heat. Classic flavors, big difference from last night's tasting. Drinkable. Spice lingers with a mix of caramel and vanilla.

Toffee? Sweet and complex. Iโ€™m gonna pick up a bottle of this...
