This whiskey is bananas or at least it smells like that with a mix of caramel/butterscotch. Definitely not bourbon, thinking Irish.

I could barely smell anything on this one. I kinda like the taste. Mild, but good, but not terribly special. I don't know what to think about this one. ❓❓❓

I'm going bananas for this. And by that I just mean it tastes like bananas. Fairly flat and not very complex. Chasing this with bourbon makes me see just how much sweeter bourbon is than whatever this is.

This one was interesting...the nose started as banana, but then shifted to apple after a sip or two. Then I catch wood/vanilla flavors.

The nose is noticeably sweet on this one. I went back and took a *sniff of day one, which has a peppery smell. This one is much smoother to the nose. There is something definitely buttery or butter-scotchy to this one. I think it's in the Not-Bourbon category, which means I'm guessing again. Let's go Irish.

Very floral on nose like apple jolly rancher. Pear is also present. Tastes like butterscotch. Enjoyed this one.

saltwater, earthy nose. Initially a sweetness then went a bit bitter on the finish but tasted notes of butterscotch with hints on honey. Not much of a finish. Light and drinks pretty smooth

Maybe I'm losing my senses of smell and taste due to age ... but today's offering has a very similar nose and taste to yesterday's ... just a tad milder. Nice. Gentle. Very drinkable. I like.
