I’m definitely going to be wrong on this one, but I am probably overthinking it. Love the flavor of this but it has a very meh finish, like the flavor just evaporates. I get a bit of caramel and… cinnamon maybe? Tastes kinda Irish?

This was a fantastic way to finish!

Literally the worst thing I have ever tasted.

Delightful! Peaty, but to overwhelmingly so. Nice finish, and not fiery. Lovely to sip on neat.

I was 15 when I first discovered the map. It was hidden in my grandfather’s attic in between the pages of some magazines, which were my original quarry. Now, all these years later, I found it. The elixir of life, the last cup, the only amount of liquid produced by the philosopher’s stone before it was destroyed. Years of searching, years of doubt, years of being called crazy, being called obsessed. Now, here, in front of me, my grandfathers legacy, his fathers legacy, and my legacy. I know I don’t have much time, the local mercenaries I bartered with will soon realized the gold coins I gave them were fakes. A fitting ruse, since they do not know this treasure has been under their noses all along. Quickly, I take the cup and sip it, perhaps out of curiosity, perhaps to verify it’s authenticity. Yet, something peculiar happens. As this magic elixir hits my palate it is as if I have drunken nothing at all. I take another sip to make sure I’m tasting what I’m tasting. Yes it’s happening again, I take another sip still. It’s as if housed in this liquid is a never ending dryness, I could drink it 1000 years and it would never quench my thirst. I begin to understand. This is why the stone was destroyed, this is why the cup was hidden. For now, I know all drinks will pale in comparison to this one. But for the rest of my life, now extended by this quickly disappearing magic elixir, it will never satisfy.

Liking this. Want more on th finish and a bit more bite. Santa and Erin seem to like it though.

Spice, licorice, tasty bourbon

Incredible. This tastes amazing. I could drink this all day.

Truly awful. Worst submission ever?

Vanilla and caramel flavors. Everything is blurring together at this point. I give up. Enjoying this one though.

Yum. Really nice. Cherry/licorice in the front. Good heat/spice.

Nice amber. Cereal and Cake, nail polish remover, cinnamon. Soft scent. Like feeling soft, powdery. Lots of pepper. Orange. Gonna let it rest. More cereal. Something weird with this one.

Tasty, but fiery. Pleasant aroma, and lingering spice at the end. Nice.

Getting citrus on the nose and some baking spices and oak on the palate. Solid.

Liked it overall. Maybe some almond flavor coming through?

Great fruit and a touch of oak on the nose. Good spicy fruit flavors. Very enjoyable.

Clearly a scotch, I like this one. Hot and mildly peatey. A sentence I never thought I'd type with my thumbs...

Cherry almond and cocoa with oak on nose. Nice taste with honey and cinnamon. Cinnamon lingering finish. I like it.

This is thin. I hope it’s not expensive.

Very solid. A little generic, but imagine this would be enjoyable over and over. Great clean finish.

This is what whiskey should taste like. One of my favorites so far!

This is a good one! I appreciate that it’s a drier bourbon that doesn’t taste over sweet.
