Light Color, hint of saltwater on the nose which make me assume this is a Scotch. Tastes like a Scotch but with a little more heat than I expected, almost like a peppery finish of a Rye. Interesting.

Light, in both color and palate. floral. Pleasant and easy to drink but no strong or unique flavor.

The nose on this one is nice, little bit of honeycomb with some baking spice. The palette is smooth but not something i'm enjoying almost like a minty taste and a licorice finish almost. Not a my favorite.

Scotch! Super approachable. Mowed lawn. Light orange? Touch of vanilla. Band-aid. Adding water, Cydne says "lingering paint, like a drying paint not a wet paint. Maybe painted wood is what I am trying to say". I love this one, getting a high grade from me. I would like more smoke but that's a nitpick. So smooooooth that it's a complete dice roll on the proof.

What a wonderful and unexpected dram on day three! Light-bodied, honey on the nose, an evolution on the pallet, and a welcome bite at the end. I can’t wait for all of the bourbon lovers to downvote this into oblivion. Great addition to the calendar!

The color was much lighter compared to the first two. Pretty smooth overall, and there’s a subtle spice flavor on back end. Also, and this might sound dumb, there was a slight tingle in my mouth that lasted at least five minutes after I finished.

Guessing Japanese since they tend to feel like a sweet, spicy scotch on my palate. And this one is sweet on the front and spicy on the tail, with a decent amount of smoke in the middle. Enjoyable overall, but less my thing due to that burn.

I have consumed a lot more Scotch this past year to educate my pallet a bit. This is nice. Mellow (for Scotch). At first, I did not think it was Scotch based just on the nose. But taste confirms it. Strikes me as fairly gentle and lightly spiced.
