Well well well…if it isn’t the process of elimination. Mine. Epic in so many ways- flavor, proof, finish, nose, and other words people have used to describe whiskey this calendar. Very woodford-y, just way more Woodford-y than woodford.

This tastes like the Elijah Craig barrel proof...but stronger. Smells like pecan pie and vanilla ice cream. Tastes like it smells. Gonna go grab a cube once I finish wrapping a shit ton of presents. Zero sleep here I come. In all honesty, Cory, thank you for putting this together. You can tell a TON of thought and work went into this. This was the first year where I took it seriously and didnt miss a night...I have a much better appreciation of various whiskeys and learned a ton. I also realize that I can taste the difference between the bottles and also found out I am not a big peaty/smokey fan...shocker. Maybe a sleeve of Chips Ahoy next year?

Nose was nice but got much sweeter and Carmel like when added the needed ice to it. Taste needed taming but opened up nicely. Honey and spice

Strong alcohol smell, makes it hard to pick up notes by smell alone. It has a nice, complex bourbon taste on the back end, really like this one.
