I think I'd do a LOT better at this game if the categories were Bourbon and Not-bourbon. This is not bourbon. It's either Irish Whiskey or Scotch. If it's Scoth (which I think it is) it is really mild and smooth. Still not my go-to drink, but nice.

Lemon/citrus & floral on the nose with a really sweet taste with hints of honey and slight baking spice almost. Little to no finish but with a slight bitterness on the finish, overall a real easy drinker.
