Off the bay - I feel like I have had this before. Notes of butterscotch. Bit stronger than a normal bourbon so maybe this is a single barrel. Finish isn’t as smoky in my opinion

Tastes like a young whiskey that was stuck in sherry or port wine barrels at the end. Interesting attempt, but falls flat.

This one has me confused. I'm not a fan. It tastes like honey and caramel aged in a barrel of soap.

Something pungent but I don't know if it's the brussels sprouts I'm still smelling. Peppery. Little cinnamon. Cereal, like a hot dried cooked corn. Water brings in standard caramel. Smells like that brownie i at last night. Rich and decadent. Gonna call this a cabinet standard drinker for neighbor visits. SOUR.

Do I smell Vanilla? Tobacco? Tastes smoky and a little harsh. I will name this baby scotch. Little too rough but probably fine on rocks Lets go $55 for a fifth.

Pretty sure this is a scotch, either that or I trashed my palate on that pre-dinner IPA that looks like the runoff at a carwash. I like it and as a bonus it made the hairs on Sandra's arm stand on end.

Digging this one. Love the color. Seems a decent age or a rebarrel. Got a nice sweet note with an almost honey peanut butter taste and an interesting finish I can’t put my finger on that lingers, maybe apricot or something. Reminiscent of Weller antique.

Nose was sweet, like maple/caramel. The palate was a completely different story - very woody and kinda flowery, almost like incense. Very unique from the first 3, and the most memorable so far.

Super light color. Vanilla and citrus on the nose for me. Yup, this has to be Scotch. Doesnt taste like a campfire, so its one of those new Scotches. Maybe this year I will find another Scotch i like...but this isnt it.

The color of urine, smells like a scotch. Are we already on to the scotches....blech. But upon tasting, I don't completely hate it. Hmm, doesn't taste like a typical scotch so maybe I'll guess Irish.
