Woah you gave me coffee. Is there any alcohol in this?

Coffee. Is there booze in there? For real.

Toffee and honey on the nose with a little baking spice. Smooth sipper with caramel, honey and cinnamon maybe, not much heat. No finish, but very pleasant straight forward drinker for a nightcap.

Classic profile all around, even finished with a bit of chocolate. Standard vanilla, touch of cinnamon. Savory sweet with butterscotch, syrup. Enjoyed this one.

Faint on the nose, but tastes excellent. I could see this being used for sipping or quality cocktail drinks. He has a flavor profile that I think would be higher and wheat like some of our previous strengths in the calendar.

Potent AF but lovely flavor and richness on the tongue.

I talked my son (22) into drinking the rest of this so I didn't have to. Thin and weak. This is a whiskey that has had sand kicked in its face repeatedly.

Nose - a huge improvement over Day 8. Wood varnish, spices, leather. Struggling to find any fruit, maybe peaches? There's like a mustiness or something that dominates the nose. Caramel/burnt sugar on the palate. Tastes like a rye or a high rye bourbon.

Looks like coffee from the color. The nose is tons of wood, chicory, burnt sugar, herbal notes on the back end. Palate - this is something with cold brew in it. Jameson? Better than Fireball by a hair.

Catching up on yesterday. Friday to end my day. I think I've had this before. Some sorry of vanilla or salted caramel

Not getting a lot on the nose, but really liked the leathery taste mixed with some sweetness. Reminded me of an old dude in a velvet sweater smoking a pipe. You know he's got stories and was likely famous in his day, but when you're chatting with him, he's only interested in listening to your take on politics, relationships and commiserating about not getting those Taylor Swift tickets. "Damn Ticketmaster", he says with a smirk. You share a laugh and then you part ways knowing you'll never see each other again. Or will you...

The nose promised a sweet appley dessert, only to have the taste betray me with coarse leathery notes. This is like when someone makes you a cake but uses only whole wheat flour. Stop trying to fix me, you don't know my life.

The smell reminded me of Chardonnay. Fruity taste. Burn at the end.

I like coffee and whiskey, but not sure I love this and not sure I hate it. That said, I think you're doing it wrong if you're not mixing it with Irish cream.

Did Nate rate this a 10? I don't know what to do with it; the flavor is good, but not sure I want to mix my morning and evening drinks.

It's a whiskey cold brew. Coffee and chocolate. Licorice at end.
