It's like dusty varnish on the nose. Front palate makes me wanna say rye, but it sort of opens into classic bourbon cherry brown sugar flavors. Cherry cola finish.

Remarkable how close in color this is to my favorite true to style small batch german pilsner: Hausbier from Noblebräu Brewing here in Brevard, see pic. Ok still recovering from some evil flu, but nose has medicine, power lines? Cydne says nothing but burning my nose hairs. Says this is scotch. Plastic but not like plastic toy plastic. Hoo goodness. Heavy on the feinty. I don't love it. Nutty, herbal. We're going with scotch...

Ooh I like it. I smell pears and high school Herbal Essence shampoo. Low proof I think, a little thin but overall pretty good. The taste is more nutty than the smell and just enough sweet.

I've been absolutely dead for two days with the flu so trying to catch up. Incorrect style and proof ratings courtesy my immune system. Bourbon sweetness, butterscotch, vanilla, Smooooooth. After water still with the caramel, standards. Golf cart. Not particularly interesting but that is just fine with me.
