Graham cracker and oak on the nose. Smooth on the palette with dark fruit and baking spice with a peppery finish.

Woody, nutty, water pulled nice caramel sweetness to the front, syrup. Banana? Smooth for the heat High rating on this one.

The nose was scotch, the first taste was bourbon, then it was either a rye or more wheat on the bourbon. Fan of the sweeter nose, not so much the finish off sheet or whatever it is I'm testing.

Nose was challenging, but I kept getting some cinnamon? Maybe speyside again, since it's light on the smoke & aftertaste? Look at me, trying to learn some things about scotch!

Definately a Scotch, but the IPA of Scotch. Floral/citrus/pine needles on the nose. Bitter finish. Actually drinkable Scotch. Little peat/ no smoke.

This one started out great. Getting baked apples and some citrus all the way through. But as I sipped it, it just felt like it was getting weaker.

Oaky smell for sure. Brown sugar Spice on this one is through the roof! Love it on the rocks. Really opens up taste. Very nice to sip on
