Absolutely wonderful beverage that is completely ruined by the kerosine on the tail end. Super smooth when it hits the palate, strong vanilla and honey flavors. A flash of cinnamon on the end until *poof* it all burns away. Ice helped a bit, but mostly it was diluted by my tears.

I always wanted to use winter fruit in a tasting note. So here it is. Smell has hint of winter fruit, sweet and spicey. Front end is peppery with loads of rye - as does the finish. Some heat in there so decently high proof. I like this one. Good color. And winter fruit....

This is my favorite so far. This tastes like Irish Whiskey. Super orange/lemon/citrus nose and taste. also get a smoked honey flavor. this is really good.

Getting some brown sugar/sweet on the front end, got me thinking it's a bourbon. It comes on hot and harsh, I like it but may not have to share it with the family if I pick some up. They were digging it less.

No nose at all just heat. Water doesn’t help- is this moonshine? Should not have had this after 17 and a Manhattan. Other or rye… ugh

Baking spices and dried fruits on the nose. Possibly a cherry note as I dig in. WOW that's hot. Lots of flavor though. Orchard fruits. Deep, rich caramel. Could this be? Did someone throw a Stagg Jr in here?

Vanilla and citrus on the nose. Carmel and apple or dried fruit tones with some baking spice, maybe nutmeg or cinnamon. Finish has some nice peppery heat to it.

Brown sugar, orange and cherry aromas. Briny and spicy on the tongue and straight up hellfire on the way down. Did I mention that I love hellfire? Not for every day casual sipping, but I’d definitely reach for this on days when my kids get the better of me. Which is most days now that I think on it…

Ok, this tastes like my "control" Bourbon, Elijah Craig BP. Definitely a Bourbon. Maple syrup, cinnamon, raisin bread. Slight citrus note. Tastes like it has a high ABV. Good to be back in Bourbon land!
