Smooth thick honey on the tongue but fierce and spicy on the tail end. Rye?

This is bourbon done right. This needs to win.

Oh this one is something. Nose has char, toasted, honey, caramel, HOLY WHAT THE nip had a quick hint of fruit and then an absolute wall of heat! Finish has sourwood after a good 30 seconds. Added water and the fruit lingers maybe pear and dash of coconut? My youngest son says my breath smells like cheesecake so. Loved it!

Like cherries soaked in vanilla syrup and lit on fire. Whatever it is, it's barrel-proof!

Hands down favorite...it's not coffee flavored though...points off.

It's good, but I really just get flavors of dark fruits and ethanol.

Juicy cherry with a touch of campfire on the nose. Tastes like spicy cinnamon with a crazy burn going down. I like strong bourbon but this one blew out my taste buds too much.

Floral, dark cherries, and baking spice on the nose. Vanilla and honey throughout then finishing with a spicy kick and licorice. Not really digging the finish on this one.

Love this one. Decent proof. High rye. Sugar cookies. Raisins or winter fruit. Vanilla.

Cherries, oak, caramel. Whew, that's hot. Brown sugar, peaches, ethanol. Baking spices on the finish.

Nose, proof, and initial taste would put it at a 9,but the finish is just OK for me dog. I’m guessing a bourbon with a higher wheat content again. Seeng a lot of those this year, I hope this trend fades quickly.

Wood and brown sugar. Sounds like a restaurant name.

Very nice. Lots of brown sugar/maple. But kinda fruity too? A little hot, but not too hot.

Scotchy, but with a bit more sweetness and levity. Charming but the weak finish keeps it from standing out.

Nose like a box of peanut brittle. Candy like aftertaste and finish.

Definitely a scotch from the nose. Smooth taste, not too much peat. I could drink this all night long

Peat on the nose, but really smooth with honey finish

Floral with some peat flavor. This is probably from the north of Scotland.

Mostly scotchy flavor. Maybe cheaper scotch? I don't know. I like it but wouldn't be surprised if this is Irish whiskey- ie cheaper scotch flavor.

Nice, smoky. Hints of citrus and lots of peat. Smooth finish. Good with some ice.

This could be an "other" or a blended like Monkey Shoulder.

The nose says scotch. Meh. Tastes like scotch at first. But something different. Blended? Nutty. Clove. Vanilla frosting. Weird mix. Nose and palette not aligned. I'm confused.
