James Hatfield

Earthy and hot. Lots of vanilla.

Josh Mitchell
Full Body
Quite smooth. Wish it had a little more depth, though.
Christopher Reeves
band-aid
Butterscotch, light floral, cereal and sweet syrup, winter coat, yankee candle store, do not recommend

Ok this is fantastic. I got cinnamon and spices. Reminds of me the holidays as a young Jewish boy roaming the means streets of suburban Atlanta.

I'm all over the board trying to figure out what whiskey type this is, but i'm getting maple Syrup with Dried fruit maybe cherries initially on the nose followed by woody/oak undertones.
Light sipper with a short finish, not much depth I could pull from this one but did get notes of honey and maybe caramel/butterscotch?

Meh. Since I didn't taste day one (which was DELICIOUS) until today, this is a step down. But still drinkable. A little darker in flavor. Molassessy.
Greg Baur

Strong fruit aromas - pears and cherry jolly rancher. Very light and sweet. Kind of tastes like pencil shavings but in a good way? Thinking it's finished in a wine cask or something else unusual but what the hell do I know really.

Derek Glunz
Quotes
Strong candy smell on the nose. Light and easy drinking with some subtle light fruit flavors. The pour and taste made me want to guess other. But... in the advent calendar when you're not sure just guess bourbon.

Wood, straw, and cherry on the nose. Brown sugar, spices, raisins in the palate. Fruitcake whiskey, in a good way. Tastes big but not huge. Could it be the Four Roses Small Batch Select?

John McDowell
Worm
Nose is great, but there's almost no body to it...like Mike Wazowski.

This has a very pleasant, soft nose, but then bang. This sip is hot and a little astringent for me. I don't think this is bourbon. Maybe more of a mash???
Matt Roberson

James Hopkins

I really enjoyed the aroma on this one, but that's about all. It was pleasant at first as a light, easy intro to the weekend, but I'm lookin' for more. I got chocolate and cereal on the front end.
Ben Freeman
Wildcard
Another bourbon. Lower proof than day 1. Nose - sweet/vanilla/oak. Taste - thin/cinnamon/oak. Prototypical bourbon.

Tasting graham cracker. Then again, this may not be my first whiskey tonight.
